Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% pure and always fresh. It is extracted from Koroneiki olives, which are hand-picked by our farmers in the south of Greece. Innovative technology allowed us to create a very high level of quality, delivering true taste to every dish. The Balsamic Vinegar is naturally sweet thanks to a high percentage of slowly cooked grape must used to create it. Made from 70% cooked grape must and 30% red wine vinegar, our Balsamic Vinegar is naturally sweet and rich in antioxidants. This unique ratio creates a rich and complex sweetness with notes of fig, molasses, cherry, chocolate and prune.
