MODIFYING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Once an order is placed and your payment is pending, it cannot be cancelled without incurring cancellation fees. The merchant surcharge fee applied.

If a product that you have ordered through the website is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you via email or phone.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item you ordered is missing from your delivery, and is not listed as an ‘Out Of Stock’ item, please contact us on 04534 297 285 or

If you have any queries about your credit card please contact us on 04534 297 285. Online credit card refunds and cancellations will be processed within 5 business days.
RETURNS – DAMAGED ITEMS / CLAIM
We value our customers satisfaction above all else. If you have received a damaged item please contact us on 04534 297 285 to speak to one of our customer representatives. Depending on the situation, we can offer a refund or credit your account.
Photos of the damage will be requested as proof of your refund. Without evidence, the refund will be rejected.

RETURNS
We offer refund within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded..
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:

- Smashing plates
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
