Rested for a Jong time in Katsaros Family cellar. Balance its character in French barrels made from 100 years old oaks of Limousin & Troncais forests. It acquired a bright amber color and carries now with it the aromas of chocolate and white flowers. It has the flavor of ripe plums, roasted almonds and the aftertaste of fresh vanilla.
