Typical white vinification in stainless steel tanks at strictly controlled temperature, with addition of small quantity of top-quality fresh pine resin during the alcoholic fermentation. Pear, green apple and melon, with notes of lime, Chios mastic and fresh pine resin.
Intensely aromatic and well-balanced, leaving a feeling of summer breeze.
